Mergers and Acquisitions - Bank mergers and acquisitions involve many unique laws and regulations. Zeleskey provides legal advice and drafts the documents to complete transactions where larger banks purchase smaller banks. In between, Zeleskey also serves to transition the transaction with both the Texas Department of Banking and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Serving Financial Institution Needs - Zeleskey has also created seminars for banks explaining Article 9 of the new Uniform Commercial Code. Well over 100 bankers attended the seminars.
Efficient Service - We provide efficient service to dozens of financial institutions. Zeleskey regularly handles the voluminous paperwork required in the creation of new branch banks as well as termination of existing branch banks. We also work with those institutions being reviewed by various state and federal agencies.
