Robert T. Cain, Jr. was licensed in Texas in 1977. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Texas in May 1977. His undergraduate work was performed at Emory University, where in 1974 he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Mr. Cain's practice is concentrated in appellate law, and oil and gas law, although he is experienced in a broad range of transactional and litigation areas. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has served on the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
