Marty Barnhill is a native of Nacogdoches, Texas. Prior to joining the Zeleskey Law Firm, he worked for 14 years at Barnhill Poultry Supply, a family-owned business engaged in the sale of poultry equipment and poultry vaccine. While serving in various offices of Barnhill Poultry Supply, including President of the company, he oversaw the construction of hundreds of poultry houses at the three locations of the business: Nacogdoches, Pittsburg, and Gonzales, Texas. Barnhill traveled throughout Mexico for the company and consummated several large equipment and vaccine transactions with customers of Barnhill Poultry Supply in Mexico. From 1990 to 1996, he also owned a 50% interest in a fast food restaurant in Nacogdoches.
Since joining Zeleskey, Barnhill has capitalized on his experience in the business arena by concentrating his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation and transactions. He has participated in matters including:
