Krystal Riley was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She moved to East Texas in 2001 to attend college at Stephen F. Austin State University. While a student at SFA, and through her first year in law school, Riley worked as a legal assistant at a Nacogdoches law firm. In 2007, she joined the Zeleskey team part-time as a law clerk, and in 2008, after her graduation from law school, she joined the firm full-time as an associate.
Riley has participated in matters incuding:
* Real estate litigation involving disputes concerning title and ownership of property, adverse possession, and easements
* Setting up business entities, including corporations and limited liability companies
* Preparation of documents related to the sale and purchase of ongoing businesses
* Preparation of real estate closing documents and contracts for the sale of real estate
* Debt collections for businesses, both large and small
* Preparation of employment manuals and substance-abuse policies for employers
Riley resides in Lufkin with her husband and son. They are active members of their church where they enjoy assisting with children’s ministries.
