Todd Kassaw is an accomplished trial lawyer, with experience in such cases as premises liability, trucking and auto accidents, first party insurance and arson, oilfield accidents, employment and discrimination claims, will contests and veterinary malpractice. Todd’s background and personality enables him to relate quickly and easily to an East Texas jury. This has certainly been a factor in the numerous favorable jury verdicts he has attained over the years.
In addition to his busy trial practice, Todd has volunteered his time to other endeavors including Angelina County Youth Fair, American Cancer Society, Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, Lufkin Youth Baseball Association and Angelina County 4-H. He received the Silver Spike Award for Distinguished Community Service in 2004. He is one of only 14 people to have received this honor since its inception in 1991. Todd and his wife of 16 years have two children, ages 9 and 13. He enjoys fishing, baseball, and whatever activity his children happen to be in at the time.
